The Castle Bruce Secondary School can boast of being an institution which has preserved Dominica’s cultural heritage. This institution has participated in Independence cultural activities for eight of its ten years of existence. With the guidance of Mrs. Leslie - teacher and cultural leaders from the village of Grand Fond and Petite Soufriere.
