Last night the Independence Reunion Opening Celebrations were held at the Windsor Park Stadium.
A well organised, fantastic display of our culture and heritage, the stadium was packed.
An amazing sight to see all those Dominican flags waving.
Please check out 'TropicallyTied' amazing photo slideshow of this historical moment. 'TropicallyTied' captures the atmosphere beautifully.

If I can make one person aware of this beautiful caribbean island, my mission for today has been accomplished.
