In 2006, Miguel Murphy conceptualized the idea of extracting products and services from the Commonwealth of Dominica, the nature island of Caribbean and distributing it to the international market at an affordable price. Hilroy Samuel's idea was aimed at promoting and developing the investment as well as production services in Dominica with international and technological influence.
