Dominica - Rosalie Bay Resort Appoints Celia Roberts as GM

Celia A. Roberts has been appointed to the post of General Manager of Rosalie Bay – A Nature Resort, Dominica’s new 4-star resort opening early in 2009. A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Roberts has experience in hotel management, human resources, tourism and business development, and marketing.
