The Salisbury Enhancement Committee will celebrate its one year anniversary on August 10. The group, consisting of more than 13 members from the community, was inaugurated last year at a ceremony when its flagship project - Bawi Link Up was launched.Since then, the group has organised and par-taken in a number of community development activities and projects including the paving of a road en route to the village beach, beautification projects, fundraisers, a back-to-school extravaganza, carnival 2009 and more.
SEC will commemorate its anniversary celebrations with a week of activities as we celebrate this milestone. Looking forward to the continued support of the community.

Sunday 2nd Aug:
7:00am- Mass - St Theresa's Catholic Church
2:30pm- Health Fair - Salisbury Playing Field
Friday 7th Aug:
6:00pm - Moonlight Movie and Fun Night - Salisbury Playing Field
Saturday 8th August:
7:00pm - Gospel Talent Night (VENUE?)
Sunday 16th Aug:
3:00pm - Annual General Meeting - Salisbury Primary School
Sunday 30th Aug:
2nd Annual Back-to-School Extravaganza
Also included in its celebrations are a palm tree planting project along the highway on September 13 & a dinner at West Central on August 9.
