The Dominica Labour Party launched the final of its new candidates in Grandbay on Tuesday Night. Justina Charles, the wife of the late Prime Minister. Justina Charles will contest the constituency for the DLP. She will go up against the United Workers Party’s Lynthia Louis and the Dominica Freedom Party Harian Henry.
