The son of a former Dominica Freedom Party parliamentarian is the 2009 Dominica Labour Party (DLP) candidate for the Salisbury constituency.
Bentley “Tolo” Royer, the son of James Royer, told Salisbury, Morne Rachette and Coulibistrie constituents that he is a man of service, humbly seeking their “cross” and “vote”.
Royer, a teacher by profession, outlined some of the projects he would undertake as parliamentary representative for the Salisbury constituency including road infrastructure, enhancement of sporting grounds, rehabilitation of feeder roads and community service projects cont./
